Scope
This notice explains what personal data we process, why, for how long, who we share it with, and your GDPR rights.
Data we collect
- Contact forms (Contact Form 7): name, email, company (optional), phone (optional), selected services, budget, timeline, message, attachments (optional), consent checkbox and an optional topic reference. Submissions are emailed to us and stored in WordPress via Flamingo for lead management/backup.
- Technical & security logs: IP address, user agent, timestamps and request metadata, used to ensure availability, security and debugging.
- Cookies: essential cookies required for security and functionality. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and usage, configured with IP anonymization.
- Comments & Gravatar (if enabled): data shown in the comment form, IP and user agent for spam detection. An anonymised hash of your email may be sent to Gravatar to display an avatar. See automattic.com/privacy.
- Media uploads: avoid uploading images with EXIF/GPS location—visitors can extract location data from images.
How we use your data
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes/services you request.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site (performance, diagnostics, abuse prevention).
- To measure traffic and usage (only if you consent to Google Analytics).
- To comply with legal obligations (e.g., accounting, fraud prevention).
- (If you explicitly opt in) to send you relevant updates/marketing—which you can withdraw at any time.
Legal bases (GDPR)
- Contract – to take steps at your request prior to a contract, or to perform a contract.
- Legitimate interests – to operate a secure and reliable website and to prevent abuse.
- Consent – for optional marketing and for analytics/advertising cookies (Google Analytics 4).
- Legal obligation – for invoicing/accounting and compliance.
Sharing & processors
We use trusted providers for hosting, email and site operation (e.g., Contact Form 7 and Flamingo). They process data only under our instructions and subject to appropriate safeguards/data processing agreements.
Where you consent to analytics, data may be processed by Google LLC. Google Analytics 4 is configured with IP anonymization and restricted data sharing.
International transfers
Data processed by Google Analytics may be transferred outside the EEA, in particular to the United States. Such transfers are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses as safeguards. We will update this notice if there are changes in applicable safeguards.
Retention
- Leads/messages (Contact/Flamingo): up to 24 months (longer where needed for ongoing work or legal obligations).
- Contractual/accounting records: as required by law (typically 5–10 years).
- Technical logs: typically up to 12 months unless required for security investigations.
- Cookies: essential cookies persist per platform needs; Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid, _ga_*) may persist up to 24 months, but only if you have consented.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Children
Our Site is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly process their data.
Security
We apply reasonable technical/organizational measures to protect confidentiality, integrity and availability (restricted access, strong auth, updates, backups, HTTPS, logging).
Cookies & consent
We use a consent banner to manage optional cookies. At any time, you can change or withdraw your consent via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
