Refund Policy – CookieGDPR Platform

1. Scope

This policy applies exclusively to CookieGDPR services, including:

• One-time scans
• Credit packages
• PRO subscriptions
• Agency plans
• Monitoring services

CookieGDPR is a digital automated compliance analysis tool.

2. Immediate Digital Performance

By purchasing any CookieGDPR service, the user expressly agrees to immediate activation and execution of the digital service. Once the scan or service is executed, the statutory right of withdrawal is waived to the extent permitted by applicable law.

3. One-Time Scans

Once a scan is executed and a report is generated, the service is considered fulfilled. Refunds are not granted after report delivery.

4. Subscription Plans

For recurring subscriptions, cancellation can be made at any time and stops future billing. No refunds are issued for the current billing period once the subscription cycle has started.

5. Technical Errors

Refunds may be granted if:

• A proven technical malfunction prevents scan execution, or
• The system fails to generate a report due to a platform-side error.

Users must report issues within 7 days of purchase.

6. Misuse and Fraud

Refunds will not be granted in cases of:

• Attempted abuse of the platform
• Fraudulent payment disputes
• Chargeback abuse after successful service delivery
