Refund Policy – Custom Development & Marketing Services

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to custom services including but not limited to:

• Custom software development
• AI application development
• Website creation
• Digital marketing services
• Consulting and strategic services
• Technical audits and implementation work

These services are individually tailored and created specifically for each client.

2. Nature of Custom Services

All custom services are considered personalized digital services developed at the client’s request. Because work may begin immediately after agreement and involves time, technical resources, and intellectual effort, such services are not eligible for standard refunds once execution has started.

3. Deposits and Advance Payments

If a deposit or advance payment is required:

• The deposit secures project allocation and scheduling.
• Deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced.
• The deposit covers planning, research, architecture, and initial implementation work.

4. Project Cancellation by Client

If the client cancels:

• Before work begins: a refund may be granted minus administrative processing fees.
• After work has started: no refund for completed or partially completed work.
• Any delivered materials remain the intellectual property of TIRO-ALP Advertising SRL until full payment is received.

5. Milestone Payments

For milestone-based projects:

• Payments cover completed project phases.
• Completed milestones are non-refundable.
• Future unpaid milestones may be cancelled by written request.

6. Performance Disputes

If a client believes the service was not delivered as agreed, a written dispute must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. TIRO-ALP Advertising SRL will review and may offer correction, revision, or technical clarification. Refunds are not issued solely due to subjective dissatisfaction.

7. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact TIRO-ALP Advertising SRL before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks for completed work may result in recovery actions and additional administrative fees.
